In this essay, an analysis of the attach case study will be conducted regarding law and ethics, referring to different ethical doctrines and principles. The analysis will identify key legal and ethical concerns related to the case while taking into consideration possible actions and their implications.

Formajority of the patients, there is a presumption that they have the ability to give a rational past, appearing to understand the recommendations of treatment, and cooperating with the conduct of medical evaluation, they are known to be possessing the appropriate capacity of the decision. As in this particular case, it is well evident that the patient did not show willingness in understanding the recommendations and was not cooperating with the conduct of medical evaluation. Tim had been struggling a lot to stop the medical treatment as he wanted to play his football match.Following the order of the Doctor, the registered nurse started to administer the injection. Tim was struggling a lot, and the needle broke off as a result. This meant taken to surgery again. It took an additional four weeks of recovery time requiring an extended stay in the hospital.
