Q1) New director of special programs in XYZ Corporation felt customers were waiting too long to get and complete forms required to enrol in special programs.  After gathering some data, Ms. Jones found out mean wait time was 28 minutes.  She thought this time period was too much and she instituted new measures to streamline process.  1 month later, sample of 127 customers was chosen.  Mean wait time recorded was 26.9 minutes and the standard deviation of sampling was 8 minutes.  By using.02 level of significance, carry out a 5-step hypothesis testing procedure to find out if new processes considerably reduced the wait time.
