Our of?ce is in one of our funder hose also we have small separated kitchen to prepare some of the snakes. Our truck is not only the ?rst food truck in Yanbu.

Our Healthy food truck provides different chooses of beverages high quality coffee that comes directly from brazil you can also choose your favoritemilk, organic cow milk that comes fromOrganic ksa farms in Yanbu or any nut milk that we made is using ; almond , cashews , coconut, hazelnut and for those how are allergic to nuts we have rice milk ! with a sweetener of your choice ; Honey / coconut sugar / cane sugar / Maple surp/ stevia.

Also weightlifters and ?tness can enjoy a great protein shakes we use two famous brands golden standard and musclepharm. We have Plant-Based protein shakes from Sunworrior for vegans.! We have a lot of smoothies that made of organic fruits and vegetables. Also the costumer can make their own smoothie .

Our Target Market

Although food truck business is business concept that is designed for everybody especially the average person on the street or on a construction site, but statistics has it that the biggest buyers of foods from food trucks are young adults and parents with children at home. As a matter of fact, people that fall within the age range of 25 to 34 are the largest consumers of snacks and fast foods from food trucks.

The idea of starting a food truck business is to sell food and drinks on a mobile truck in areas where people find it difficult to access a restaurant, areas such as sporting event centers, and beach. We are also going to take advantage of places like campuses, office complexes, parks. These are the factors that will guide us when choosing a location for food truck business.

Buyer behavior

Part of our marketing strategies is to ensure that we offer our customers incentives in order for us to retain them and of course continue to generate repeated sales from them and also to attract new customers. we must be willing to outsmart our competitors.

Also, we will ensure that we sell our snacks a little bit below the average price in the industry while still maintain good quality and quantity of food.

We will create a loyalty plan that will enable us reward our loyal customers. Rewarding them could be giving them discounts on every purchase they make and also giving the gifts during special occasions.

We will open several communications such as email, telephone and social media to enable our customers communicate to us or lodge their complaints.

Competitor analysis

The direct competitors to us will include other food trucks in Yanbu. Most of these food trucks tend to focus on one type of food, for instance just burger or just sandwich of cheese. We are offering a product not found in any other Yanbu food trucks . In order to compete with these other buses, we will maintain our business in top and try to establish marketing advantages as opportunities arise, for example:

• Good quality and healthy food and drinks at all times.
• The best price / deal they can get within Yanbu.
• Flexibility when it comes to making choices for snacks.
• Availability of takeaway packs (free of charge)

Marketing Strategy: Everyone loves food (It's a fact of life) but, In ?rd?r for our business to ?u????d, we need to market our "Smart choices food truck" brand, products and services in the m??t?ff??t?v?w?? to attract and retain customers. The reputation of our food truck depends on the customer's satisfaction so, we assigned a high quality chefs with clean and healthy environment to serve in the most effective way. Also, since we're establishing ourselves, we will be attentive and flexible in meeting the customer's demand.

Promotion: Our purpose from the marketing plane is to gain customers and let people know about our food truck. First thing we will do, is simply driving all over Yanbu. The more people sees our food truck, the more we'll gain customers. Also, we will target events and crowded places. Our chefs and employees will interact with people to create interest in our food truck and there will be a free samples to try our food. Social media is essential to establish our food truck. First of all and the most important thing we're going to do is an application for our food truck. Having an application is very helpful and trendy. Since, we're a restaurant on wheels, for sure we're not going to stay in a specific location. So, the application will be connected with the food truck to make our potential diners be able to track the truck location. Also, they can find a schedule of the places we're going to serve in for the week. Then, we will start a website page. Our website page must include detailed information about our food truck, operation hours, main address and phone number. Additionally, we're going to be active on social media. Facebook, instagram and twitter are a great source to attract customers by sharing pictures of our set up places, food we're making, menu for the day, and to build a relationship with our followers. Word of mouth is very helpful for new businesses, we will use word of mouth by talking with local food bloggers to visit us, try our food, and let them experience our attractive, unique and fun working environment to write and share photos about us. We can also do a Newspaper announcements which can create even more buzz. One of the most effective way to create awareness for our food truck is that we'll go to orphan schools and serve them for free once every week. Also a portion of our profit will be given to the orphans.

The distribution: We will directly serve food to our customers, we just want our customers to download the Food truck application to easily find us.

Position: The Tagline for our food truck is "Be Smart, Eat Smart" Because, we want to position ourselves as a Smart choice yet a healthy and fun environment at the same time, for our potential customers.

Points of differentiation: We have features and benefits that will make us very competitive. In addition to these design features, we will also be competing on price. Our Smart choices food truck choses different locations every day, and maybe one day you can find it right next to where you are so, you don't have to walk or drive to eat. Also, you can order our food truck to serve food in a special events. There will be a discounts and cobones every one in a while.

Core product: Our customers are free to choose anything they want from our menu, which contains a delicious and healthy snacks, protein shakes, Coffee, Smoothies or simply they can enjoy a fresh fruits. But, the actual product: is that they will enjoy their meals and the place we offer them to set in. We're going to choose the most wonderful places to serve our customers. Most of the time, the location ofSmart choices food truck will be in a park or near the sea. Also, our customers are going to love the crew of the food truck because, the chefs and employees are always friendly and funny.

Price: Our meals and services prices are competitive yet fair to our customers and to the cost of the food truck preparation. We use healthy and organic food in our meals so, the value and quality our customers get from our services are high, that's why our prices are higher than a normal fast food truck. Yet, there will be many cobones and discounts for our repeated customers, or in special occasions.
