WalMart, the world's largest retailer, is often cited in the media for its international expansion, outsourcing practices and employee issues. Going into a country making vendors play by their rules in order to sell their company's products; selling products at the lowest costs by outsourcing to the lowest bidder, has been WalMart's strategy. But now, is this strategy working?
