Take some time this week to visit the company that you selected for your project. If you are unable to visit in person, attempt to reach a representative via phone, e-mail, or instant chat. The goal of this portion of the project is for you to interact with employees of the company to determine how they treat their customers and what type of experience they create. Some specific things to look for include:

• How do the employees work together as a team?

• In what ways are they helpful to their customers?

• Do they appear to be motivated? Provide an example.

• What, if anything, is unique about their customer service?

• Do you feel valued and appreciated as a customer? Explain.

Write a one-page summary of your experience, highlighting these key components and providing specific examples. Feel free to add any additional information as it relates to your personal experience with the company.
