Everyone approaches a specific project differently. Some are extremely organized and attack it with a plan, others are more free spirited and follow their intuition with less planning, and some of us even start at the end of the process completely and work backwards.

This is all great when you are working ALONE, but what happens when it's a GROUP project? There may be times when you will be working with others to complete a design. Working with a team of people is very different. So what do you need to consider when working with others? What's the most efficient way to get to the end result that you want with a group?
