A hand-driven grinding wheel is a uniform 62-kg disk with a 41-cm radius. It has a handle of negligible mass 64 cm from the rotation axis. A compact 26-kg load is attached to the handle when it is at the same height as the horizontal rotation axis. Ignore the effects of friction.
