Assume that the channels between the transmit antenna and the receive antennas are statistically independent Rayleigh fading channels and the MRC combination is used at the receiver. Given that the system BER is 10^-2 when the mean SNR is 3dB. If the mean SNR increases to 6dB, find the BER.
