* AND THIS IS AN EXAMPLE FOR HOW SHOULD THE ESSAY LOOKS LIKE SO PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT IT,, I NEED IT THE SAME WAY BUT FOR DIFFRENT COMPANY

FedEx Corporation

FedEx Corporation provides a collection of transportation. The Company offers its services through companies constituting four business segments: FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Services. Why FedEx focuses on OB? Because big companies like FedEx to stay at this point and to improve, they should care about everything especially about individual behavior, group behaviors and organizational behavior. The goals of organizational behavior are to explain, predict, and influence behavior. Managers need to be able to explain why employees engage in some behaviors rather than others. However there are three components of an attitude, first one is cognitive component, second one affective component, and last one is behavioral component. Those three helps to illustrate their complexity. Managers need to know about how to deals with different personalities, because everyone have his own personality, therefore FedEx deals with this problem almost everyday because if anything goes wrong or the shipment went wrong no one will blame the driver they will blame FedEx, so the managers responsibility is to let every employee to understand his job and to handle there personalities, because the manager will work with different personalities and especially the drivers, the manager most important job is to review every shipment and to see if anything is wrong. So the manager should let every employee to know his/her (self-awareness, self-management, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills) to get the best out of everyone. Therefore managers should be interested in their employees' personalities because those personalities influence their behavior in three ways: firstly job person compatibility, managers are likely to have higher performing and more satisfied employees if consideration is given to matching personalities with jobs. Secondly understanding different approaches to work, by recognizing that people approach problem solving, decision making, and job interactions differently, a manager can better understand why, for instance, an employee is uncomfortable with making quick decisions or why an employee insist on gathering as much information as possible before addressing a problem. Finally being a better manager, being successful manager and accomplishing goals means working well together with others both inside and outside the organization. In order to work effectively together, you need to understand each other. Also one of the skills you have to develop as a manager is learning to fine-tune your emotional reactions according to the situation. In other words you have to learn to recognize when you have to smile and when you have to shout. In conclusion managers should always be patient and fast thinkers to solve problems and that's why FedEx is one of the most successful shipping companies in the USA and all over the world.Source:  https://www.nytimes.com/2006/05/30/us/30fedex.html?
