The walls of a vacuum chamber are punctured so that air (γ = 1.4) can flow in. What is the final temperature of the air in the chamber? Assume the temperature of the atmosphere is 300 K? (This is not a free expansion experiment. The system to analyze is the air that occupies the chamber in the final state.)
