Using the business problem selected in the Week 2 Individual Assignment, develop a problem statement which can be addressed with survey research. Prepare a 10-13-question survey to collect primary data regarding your selected problem statement. Please note that you will not administer this survey as part of this assignment.

Your survey questions should include a mixture of categorical (nominal and ordinal) and quantitative (interval and ratio) variables.

Next, prepare a 700-1,050-word analysis of your survey. In your analysis, include the following:

a. Explain how the proposed survey addresses your problem statement
b. Clearly identify and define the variables/constructs that you are researching.
c. Tell how the survey items will measure each construct/variable you've identified.
d. Determine if your survey questions are appropriate to research your business problem. Explain
e. Identify the level of measurement being used for each of your survey questions (nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio)
f. Explain what ethical implications must be considered when developing survey questions

Include your survey as an appendix to your survey paper (all in one document). Do NOT use a survey written by someone other than you. The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate your ability to draft survey questions, not someone else's. You must demonstrate with your survey your understanding of the reading assignment.
