You have been recently hired by Google. Despite its reputation for cutting edge approaches, Google has been deficient in the area of knowledge management. To address this issue, Google first needs to determine what knowledge it has by capturing the tacit knowledge of its employees. You should identify two knowledge capturing techniques that you believe would be effective at Google and explain why. Additionally, you should identify one knowledge capturing technique that would not be effective at and explain why. In addressing this question, you can examine knowledge capturing approaches at the individual level, the organizational level or both.
