Problem: An airport luggage carousel has a slope of 15° down outward. A piece of luggage, coming out of the carrying belt, lands at 2.5 m away from the center of carousel. The carousel starts from rest and when it reaches ten revolutions per minute, the language starts to slide down.

Part A: What is the coefficient of static friction between the language and the carousel surface?
