This is the overview idea of the project in detail

The project is a tourism project primarily aims to encourage and promote domestic tourism by providing all camping gears and make them available to the public at reasonable prices.

The project work plan /

First, the location / locations are key to the project, Bidiyah and Nizwa .. choosing these two special places signatories fundamental reason, Bidiyah energized by tourist traffic and camping in winter, and Nizwa, capital of the mountains and the important highland areas (Jebel Shams, Jabel Akhdar, Muscat Al-Abries) energized by tourist traffic in summer as lower temperature moderation at high areas .. choosing these two sites is to avoid the impact of the seasonal factor BUSINESS ..

(Sources and import of goods):

Monthly two trucks will move belonging to the company, to the United Arab Emirates since it is a free open market, to import various camping gear and bringing it to the Sultanate.
(Daily activities of the project):

Open the shop in the morning and evening, the goods are sold freelancer not wholesale, a project for the sale of camping gear and not rented out, with the provision of tents customized service .. Once the goods arrived from United Arab Emirates inventory process starts or sorting in Nizwa region where the project shop and the store has been allocated to store .. surplus of the goods and provide the signatories (Bidiyah and Nizwa) when there is no shortage of goods (the store to avoid the slow cover the shortfall in goods) .. the process of pricing the goods begin parallel screening process in Nizwa and prices vary with varying demand.

(Marketing Marketing):

Marketing process periodically takes place, through the various social media (Twitter Facebook Instagram snapchat) + offers and discounts constantly

The project from the perspective of 9 blocks which are in the convas form:

1- Customer segment:

Targets individuals and groups of tourists (domestic or foreign), public schools, private or companies that is doing a camping tours in the region, scouts and phones .. huge numbers are given to the general thrust of the Sultanate in making tourism an important economic tributary of the state. There are few competitors in the market of the novelty of this tourist project. There are future-oriented extension of the project, the work to the tents for social events and celebrations and weddings. For promotional strategies There are annual offers and cuts prices. As well as competitions and awards stimulus through interactive accounts in social networking sites.

2- value propositions:

Various camping gear and are sold in sets (each set contains a tent, lighting, Shui equipment and cooking, folding chairs, and various equipments) .. all offer the experience of a successful camping in the desert or the mountains and in the open areas .. also provide tents service at affordable prices .. unsold groups are divided into three sections by the size of the tent (150 OMR, 200 OMR ,250 OMR) .. and the tent erection service for 30 OMR.

3- Channels:
First Channel by visiting the shop, there are two primary sites for the project, as we mentioned, Nizwa on the main street that extends to Jabel Akhdar and in the state of Bidiyah on the road to the eastern desert sands of the street. The second channel through the means of social communication (WhatsApp Facebook Twitter Instagram Snabashat) through the distribution of circulars from the goods or price which is the best channel to reach a wide audience. The third channel through posters at gas stations and places of public purchasing in Bidiyah and Nizwa. They deliver the goods service for those who would like to camp in other areas besideBidiyah and Nizwa and delivery within one week. And with all the camping group sold the paper assess the progress of the customer to express his opinion about the service + What would like to see in the project in the future as an addition ameliorative.

4 - Customers relationship:
Relationship with any customer will sell camping equipment at the highest quality (Self services) and put up tents Service (personal assistance), and very reasonable prices. As for the services provided to the community, it will be on two approaches:
A). Since the project is purely a tourist Currently, the environment and maintain them will be a major priority for us, part of the annual profit will be allocated in cooperation with the municipalities of Nizwa, Bidiyah and to set up camps for the cleaning of the tourist facilities there, and on an annual basis
B). allocation of another part of the profits in the work camps Camping Kthvez for outstanding students in the schools and Bidiyah Nizwa end of each academic year.

5- key activities:
Activities required by the project are as follows
A). Bring camping gear merchandise a month from across the Emirates truck or two (depending on the demand and imported goods) Size
B). inventory, sorting and pricing the goods in the main shop in Nizwa site
C). Display the goods in the shop, and send part of it to Bidiyah shop, and store surplus
D). opensMahlan on two morning and evening seven days a week ..
E). unsold groups subjected to social networking sites accounts almost daily.
F). activate and Delivery service processing when what was needed at
G). at the end of every month the recount of the goods stored to look at the shortage and surplus and events including the compatibility of the new month.
H). Continuing to introduce offers and discounts on a regular basis is compatible with the demand and the seasons flow of tourists .. so as to attract more customers

6- key partners

first partners are companies supply camping equipments from United Arab Emirates, is to communicate with the end of each month the required goods and size and then send truck to bring. Second partners are the camps tourist especially in the Sands of the East, the deal with them to supply and installation and installation of camping equipment time of need according to the convention on the prior. Third partners schools and institutions and companies that want to work program camping tourist their employees, where we provide them all equipment for camping. Fourth partners municipalities while working camps cleaning community. Fifth partners design company, the work of brand project and the design of publications promotion and advertising.

7- key resources

goods are supplied will include (tents & accessories, equipment cooking and grilling, lighting, chairs and brushes, first aids, etc.), be supplied as we mentioned, then sorted in groups at specific .. the project will require to rent two shops in great locations listed with the provision of all services (electricity water internet) and bringing man power within the human resources (6 foriegnemplyees to work in both shops and to drive the trucks) even having low qualifications of competencies of study, only training program will be provided on how to use and fix camping equipments and get driving licenses for heavy trucks, as well to buy two midium trucks.

For the financial resources there will be support from Al-Raffed Fund plus to our own budget, then payment of the loan will be covered by the project profit.

- You must not delete other details in the footer.
- You must mention only the Titles of the 9 blocks in the Poster and remove all other guidelines.
