We all interact with business on a daily basis (usually). For your final essay question, chose a relatively complex business scenario/transaction you were involved in on either the business side or the customer side. Then, explain the scenario using the technical business definitions found in your textbook. A good answer will go a step further and analyze the areas of business that relate to or support the scenario/transaction you chose to analyze. For example, I am buying a set of tires. The transaction I would discuss is the purchase and installation process but then I would go a step further and discuss the corporate brand, timing of sales, employee training, location of the building and other factors that affect the transaction but may not be apparent in the transaction. To earn full credit, the transaction must be thoroughly explained and at least 6 areas of business must be invoked in your answer.
