Micro-finance and financial inclusion is one of the key development tools that can assist poverty alleviation in developing countries like Cambodia. Discuss.

The question is belongs to Economics and the question discusses the role of microfinance in poverty alleviation in Cambodia. Cambodia is a developing South East Asian country. The country has numerous micro, small scale and medium scale enterprises which are practically out of the reach of regular banking sector services. Hence, there is a gap between those who need money to invest in business and the banks. This gap can be covered by introducing microfinance systems that can reach out to the micro, small and medium scale businesses.
