The Human Resources Director of ABC Software Company. Recently three software designers employed in the same department under the same supervisor have announced that they are quitting their jobs. I would like you to design an exit interview for these departing employees. Two of these employees have been given written reprimands by the supervisor but the third employee has no record of discipline. All of the employees have similar credentials and overall good performance with the company.
1) First, I would like you to explain what information you would like to gather about each employee before the exit interview is held.
2) Secondly, prepare at least ten questions that you plan to ask the employees. List each question you will ask at the exit interview.
3) For each question you list, explain the reason you are asking the question.
