What is the purpose?

The purpose of this lab is to create a closeout document and a lessons-learned document for your capstone project. These documents are important to ensure client satisfaction and project management and process improvement.

With your project team, discuss and complete the assigned task.

What are the steps?

Task 1: Create closeout and lessons-learned documents.

Procedure

1. For your capstone project, create a closeout document. The document should contain the following sections:

a. Project description

b. Acceptance criteria, including metrics, such as schedule, budget, and scope performance

c. Approvals

d. Recommendations

2. Create a lessons-learned document for your capstone project. The document should contain the following sections:

a. Successes

b. Success contributors

c. Risks realized

d. Suggested improvements

e. Team comments and signatures

Save the completed documents. In addition, zip all documents as Lab6_1_teamnumber.zip and submit the same to your instructor for evaluation.
