Corporation A sells several different types of consumer products and the company attempts to introduce new products periodically. The CEO is a staunch believer of the traditional product life cycle (PLC). However, the current marketing manager believes that while the PLC can be an important tool, this does not mean that all products will follow the traditional PLC.
