The article "Why We Hate HR" was written in Fast Company magazine a number of years ago as a challenge to the value that HR brings to the table. Contrast the state of Human Resource Management as referenced in the Fast Company article with how it exists today. What changes have occurred in the field of human resources since the article was written? Knowing what you now know about HR, address the key arguments shared in this article.
