Here in this report we will discuss about two firms that are facing similar problems. The purpose of this report is to compare competitive analysis, political, legal, social and ethical differences that both organizations are facing and we will also discuss about impact of these differences. On the behalf of this information we will also provide some recommendations.The two companies that are facing same problems and from different countries are Sainsbury from UK and Wal-Mart from USA. These both are well-known companies and provide its services at international level.
