In titrating a 25.00 mL of a 0.100 M HCl solution with a NaOH solution of unknown concentration, 10.25 mL of the base was needed to reach the end point. Calculate the concentration of the NaOH solution. The reaction between HCl and NaOH is as follows:
HCl + NaOH -> NaCL + H20
