I trying to find assisting with Case Study: Online Purchasing at McDonalds. The book is "Operations & Supply Chain Management for the 21st Century" Boyer & Verma. Page 507. Please have the material. Go burned one time, providers said that had the material and did not, rec'd a "F", don't want this to happen again.

1. Getting franchisees to adopt the online ordering system is a major challenge. What techniques would you use to encourage adoption?
