Felde Company had $154,300 of net income in 2011 when the selling price per unit was $146, the variable costs per unit were $81, and the fixed costs were $604,250. Management expects per unit data and total fixed costs to remain the same in 2012. The president of Felde Company is under pressure from stockholders to increase net income by $103,350 in 2012.
