Part II
Analyze your perception of a chosen conflict and the role emotions played in the conflict. In what ways were you interfering with the other person's goals? How was the other person interfering with your goals?

Part III
Finally a) summarize both your view and the other's view of the conflict in Part II, b) identify areas where you and the other could improve the management of the conflict, c) discuss the role perception plays in conflict, d) reflect on what you have learned by completing this process.
