The purpose of this assignment is to analyze the impact of family policies on contemporary families. Compare and contrast the family-related policies at your work place and major employers in your community. How progressive are they in terms of childcare, sick leave, and flextime? What processes have fostered or impeded change? Are there any patterns that suggest that some types of work organizations are likely to be more progressive than others?  Please I need you to prepare the analysis in the form of a news report.
Side note: Right now i am a stay home mom, but before that I worked in a day care.
