A client is considering adding merchandise to his business. The client, who is a home repair contractor, wants to know if selling books on how to do minor home repairs, is a good idea. Your manager, Mr. Johnson, has asked you to prepare a memo for the client, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of selling a how-to book on repairs. This will be reviewed by Mr. Johnson, and he will make his final decision on whether to rehire you next semester.

For full-credit, you must write a 400-600 word memo in which you explain to the client the following questions:
