The talks about three strategies used by business organizations. The first is called "cost leadership", the second is "differentiation" and the last is a combination of both of these strategies referred to as an integration strategy. It is hard sometimes to know exactly which strategy is being used by looking at how the company operates in its markets, but you should have a fairly good idea if you understand each strategy. For this discussion board I would like you to describe which strategy each of the companies listed is employing and why you think your answer is correct.
