You work for a Non-Governmental Organization who are into provision suitable drinking water needs for needy and deprived communities in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. The Organization has recently sunk forty (40) boreholes in some of the communities under its catchment area in the Region and has agreed to mechanize those boreholes. You have been instructed to make preparations for the procurement of those boreholes pumps. Using PPB Standard Documents:

a) Prepare a contract for procurement of 40 borehole pumps

b) Prepare a notice of acceptance (notification of award)

The contract is to be awarded to Clearwater Limited at a value of ¢200,000.
