Minority and disability both are used by business organizations as a technique to make the workplace discrimination. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 1990 prohibit the policy of discrimination at the workplace of an organization. This act forces organizations to do make any kind of discrimination between human resources because of the disability of a person (Thomson Reuters, 2014). This act has also mandated for providing reasonable facilities to people in the place to see his or her disabilities at the workplace other public place.

With the help of this fact, the US government increases the participation of disable people in the productivity and development of organization. On the other hand, the title VII of the Civil Rights Act 1964 has also prohibited the discrimination between employees at the workplace because of the religion, color, race or national region (Anti-Defamation League, 2005).

The above legislations is assisted the business organizations for protecting the civil rights of community people at the public place or at the workplace and these act forces the organizations by making the racial discrimination. Both acts have also prevented the employees in an organization from any kind of discrimination because of the minority and disability basis (Thomson Reuters, 2014).  The federal government of the country has also involved itself to protect the racial discrimination because of a minority group because it also helps the organizations to implement the equal employment at the workplace.
