The administration of the questionnaire will beadministered to at least 4 local authorities in England, 10 nursing homes and 10insurance agencies. The sampling of the nursing homes and insurance agencies will bedone randomly.The two main questions that will be addressed in the questionnaires include.1. What model do you use to finance long- term care for the elderly?2.
