It has been argued that thoughcapabilities such as manufacturing or design of product and service is anessential, however, for the firms to be successful, more than these capabilitiesare required like adaptive strategies supported by agile structures (Fellin &Powell, 2016).Thus, to survive and compete effectively, the organizationsessentially require structures, strategies, and processes which provideresponsiveness and agility in an ever-changing competitive landscape.Therefore, to traverse through these transitions the organization structure andstrategy have a critical role to play. Therefore, it is of great interest as to howorganization structure influences the strategies to be adopted for a betterperformance going back to Cyert & March (1963). This report aims to explore the impact an organization structure exerts on thestrategy adopted by the firm. Further, various models of organization structurewould be explored and applied to an organization to critically evaluate thesame."
