For culturally and socially sensitive service deliverycustomized procedures are required. FP should understand how interactions are shaped by diversity variables, andshouldunderstands and respond to the viable impact thatcould rise due to an examinee’s ethnicity;race, gender, caste,sexual orientation, and the effect the disability status may have on theforensic evaluation process and culture and appreciatingthe impact in the psycho-legal termsand context. Ethical Legal Standards Policy: this could be another important competency inorder toethically and effectively work with diverse population, which should be given equalimportance. Professionalism: The Forensic Specialist (FS) should exhibit a professionalobligation to obtain and should maintain an advanced knowledge and skill level which shouldrelate to the circumference of legal theory, precedent, and procedureswithsharpclinicpractice,psychological science, and professional ethics.Scientific Knowledge and Methods: TheForensic Specialist (FS) describes a sound and scientific basics of practice activities andshould be knowledgeable enoughabout scientific and scholarly developments in the FORENSIC ANALYSIS18field.Interdisciplinary Systems: The Forensic Specialist (FS) showcases awareness of therelevant knowledge of all disciplines which outside psychology and is equally important forforensic practice. Among these would-be law, psychiatry, sociology, criminology, andpsycho-pharmacology. The FS should possess deep understanding of the legal system,statutes, andthe regulations. Evidence-Based Practice: The Forensic Specialist (FS) baseshis/her practice on the methods that have enough evidence regarding the level of theirreliability and validity. When methods with less evidence of known values are used andsupplemented with evidence based methods. Functional competenciesEducation and Training: it includes design of education and training programs, theirdescription, and accuracy in teaching plays an important role. Psychologists should never askstudents disclosure of personal information and data which may be irrelevant to the subject.In mandatory individual or group therapy psychologists should allow students to choose froman option of such therapy from practitioners unaffiliated with the program. Privacy andConfidentiality: Psychologists possess a primary obligation and they take reasonableprecautions to protect confidential information which is generally obtained through andstored in any medium, and recognizing that the limits of confidentiality must be regulatedthrough law or established by institutional rules or professional or scientific relationship.Alsoto counter these, the limits of confidentiality should be well addressed. Disclosuresshould be done with the appropriate consent of the organizational client. Confidentialinformation should not be shared when in consultations.
