For example, such effect for overconsumption of the sweet carbonatedNamebeverages is the increasing obesity level. Thus, the research of basic food practicesallows making some conclusions on future national health issues. First, it is useful to find the data on previous eating habits dynamics inAmericans. Elizabeth Frazao (1999) started the research of dietary preferences in theUSA in 1999 and revealed some dangerous trends like the unhealthy eating andcalories overconsumption. Guthrie, Lin, and Frazao (2002:142) provide thecomparison for the 1970s and 1990s. The food prepared away from home is still animportant part of lifestyle and diet for many Americans. Brownel and Horgen (2004) point out the food overconsumption which resultsin the obesity crisis. It is possible to consider the obesity as the mine effect of theexisting dietary habits in the USA. Going to the latest research by Hiza (2013: 298) itis clear that the eating habits can be improved with the possible positive effect on thenational health level.Moreover, Werle, Trendel, and Ardito (2013:116) notice somechanges to the healthy eating. One can consider it as the first mine effect for thereasonable nutrition popularization. Contento (2016: 57) links the nutrition habits with behavioral patterns andclaims the nutrition education can motivate people, especially children, to improvetheir habits and turn to healthy eating. Thus, the changes in the dietary habits one can track back to 1970. Havingconsidered the conclusions of different experts, one can outline the main nutritiontrends and predict the mine effects.
