Before starting up this project the projectmanager should maintain all the resources properly and have a clear indication of the costestimation on the different activities related to this project. The analysis done on the impacts arethat without proper manpower the resort could not attract more customers asa result the resort’simage can be crashed. Without the designing of the website the international tourists, and thecorporate clients could not know about the resort . ConclusionFrom the project, it has been studied that MIS system is very useful for attracting customers andfor developing the MIS system the project manager has come up with different activities whichhas been properly scheduled by the use of tools like the PERT and the GANTT chart which helpsin evaluating the duration of each activity involved for the completion of the project(Heerkens,2002).
