RecommendationAfter evaluating the course structure in the camp offered by the Cockrell Elementaryit can be said that the course program developed by the school authority is immensely helpfulfor the improvement of the lifestyle of the special children. However, it is found that there areseveral steps that can be taken to improve the course program. The recommendation toimprove the program is as follows-? The administration authority needs to include trained and better teachers who havegood experience to teach the children with disabilities.? The authority needs to take sufficient help from the doctors and the heal care officersto conduct the program in an efficient manner.? Extracurricular program can be added to motivate the students. 5. ConclusionIn the report, a complete structure about the special program has been discussed. It isfound that the Cockrell Elementary took the initiatives to conduct a special program, namely“Educating children with problems- A shared responsibility.” Although, this CockrellElementary school is arranging this program from past five years, it is noticed that the in thecurrent year several new steps were taken to enhance the program quality. On the other hand,this report also covers critical overview of different journals. From the findings of thejournals it is recognized that there are several models and theories that can be applied by the SPECIAL PROGRAM ANALYSIS12teachers to improve the teaching quality of the special children. The findings also indicatedthat the teachers and the management authorities need to implement an improved course tomotivate the special students to pursue their studies. It is noted that the implementation of theenhanced coursework and improved educational structure can help the special children tolead a better life and extract their hidden talents. The program structure developed by theCockrell Elementary is helpful in terms of motivating the students to enjoy their studies. Inaddition it is also found that the inclusion of the physical treatment and the introduction ofdrug administration process are also helpful to make the special children to believe that theycan be self dependent.
