The paper is basically demonstrates theimportance of leadership in the case of supply chain management, transportation or logistic sector of anorganization (Ohlsson and Borg, 2010). Leaders can be classified in ways one is born leaders or manmadeleaders. In the case of born leader, people bear some leadership capabilities from childhood, on the otherhand man made leaders are prepared by influence or special types of training. Overall observationregarding Leadership can be evaluated through this paper. Different personnel and professionaldevelopment skills are also has been mentioned in this paper. Through this paper career aspiration skillscan be evaluated. Task 1Career Management PlanCareer Management plan is an important element by which an individual can dream about any goal ortarget. There are various steps present which are needed for developing a career management plan. In thisparticular case name of the students is Yiming Bao. This individual has huge potential in life and theperson got the ability to meet the point of success (Ohlsson and Borg, 2010).Mr. Bao was working forJinling Global Trading Company and was appointed as a project manager. As Mr. Bao wants to dopostgraduate degree, a career management plan is needed. There are several steps present by which acareer management plan can be prepared. These steps are mentioned below,? Self Assessment: At the initial phase of career development plan self judgment is needed. In thisparticular case Mr. Bao has to identify the key potential and talent. The person has been workingfor a famous trading company which adds an extra skill in the curriculum vitae.? Goal set up: Respective individual needs to identify or evaluate the necessary targets which willbe fruitful. In this particular case Mr. Bao is a person who had got degree in logistic fromGreenwich University and after that the person was working for an organization as a projectmanager. At this particular point of time respective person wants to do a postgraduate degreefrom a reputed university on logistics in business.? Creation of the roadmap: Mr. Bao needs to create an appropriate roadmap for the career. Now the project manager wants to enhance educational qualification by takingadmission in a famous university like CILT for getting huge potential in logistic operation. ? Set up milestone: In this case Mr. Bao needs to judge the positive milestone. As the person wasworking in the logistic department of an organization, respective person has to identify the keycompetencies so that Mr. Bao can be familiar with the strong points. ? Review the skills: This is the last stage where Mr. Bao needs to judge the overall competencies sothat a proper career development plan can be created. The employees need to share their views witheach other so that quality of the work can be enhanced to a prospective position. This theory alsoillustrates organizational guidelines regarding the employee team formation. Task 3Personnel and professional developmentIn any kind of business organization personnel and professional development is highly necessary forexecuting any task in a fruitful manner. In the above section various team building theories have beenmentioned. These theories play an important role for evaluating organizational activities in a smooth way.These theories are playing an important role to develop the personnel and professional factors of anemployee. Belbin Theory: Belbin theory is a theory which showcases the thinking, people and action. First of all a proper thinking is necessary for creating an organizational culture.This culture has the ability to develop the behaviour of employee. Employees are the part andparcel of the people.
