The quality of service offered in the healthcare is high.For instance, Issue of the insurance coverage enables patients to be treated (Peter, 2005). A health policy is a particular planned decision that must be worked upon to achievesome goals. For proper management of activities in the healthcare, variouseducation methods get delivered to the employees and community members. For example, thecommunity members acquire information through many ways like posters, seminars, and varioustraining methods. In this article, I connect one author who explicitly gives detailed informationon the training services offered in healthcare sectors. First, in my community, education to community members gets conducted. However,various training programs get performed. Some of the programs include a malaria controlprogram to prevent the spread of disease hence reducing the number of deaths due to malaria.The disease control program is essential because the community members get an education onhow to control the malaria parasites. Another importance of illness control program is that theneedy people get free mosquito nets for malaria prevention (obese, 2016).Employees in the healthcare sector get trained on how to conduct the education programsefficiently. The employees get taught on various methods of reaching the community members.Other common programs that get offered in the community are education on the chronic disease,tobacco use which gets practiced in various cultural practices, nutrition based programs, andphysical activities. Employees in the health sector of my community get trained how to managethe programs so that they acquire understandability on the community programs (obese, 2016).The teaching techniques on education methods are like demonstrations, verbal ways,videotapes; audiotapes wrote materials and presentations. All the teaching strategies are effectivebecause they are applicable.
