As Henry Ford once said, “When a person becomes a General Manager, hehires the specialist and forgets about the details” (Moonman, 1961). In this project an overview of acompany would be discussed that reflects the success story because of the good management. First ofall, the role of manager will be explained. This will be followed by the process of management willbe analyzed. Later, the skills that managers should use will be explored. And finally effectivemanagement and ineffective management will be evaluated. The term “executive” is often used assynonym of manager.
