Human resource planning includes hiring of the required number of employees at work.2.) Labor relations include developing cordial relations with the laborers.3.) Proper recruitment and selection of the employees who fit the organization requirements.4.) Training and development programs for the employees to improve their skills for their work.5.) Theinformational role that can help the manager to stay up dated with the latest change in themanagement process which can be adopted to achieve high gains for the company. The decision rolethat can help the manager’s to select the best option out of the various others available (Mintzberg,1994). (89) Successful Management Companies: A case study. YEARThe first role to mention is Interpersonal role, wherein the managers have both the authority and theresponsibility for getting people to work well either alone or together. These are of three major types.First is figurehead that means a lower level of employee who is playing a manager role. Leader andLiaison which is mean vertical contact with subordinates and superiors. The second role isinformational roles that are similar to interpersonal role. It is divided to three categories. First ismonitor of all type of information that can be scanned by manager. Second is disseminator ofinformation that is passed by subordinate to another. Third is spokesperson that uses the media forsharing information. The third role is decisional role in which the manager spends the most of time inmaking decisions. It lists the four decisional roles. First is entrepreneur, where the manager acts as anopportunity finder. Second is disturbance handler, where he proves to be problem solver. Third isresource allocator where he divid company resources to achieve high gains and profits. Fourth isnegotiator where he uses the skill of communication related to manage authority and position. It isclear that the managers do many tasks like player manager and should shift fast from one role toanother.(210)The process of management- effective management:The process of management involves planning, organizing, leading and controlling. For effectivemanagement these processes need to be executed in well professional manner. The planning shouldinclude the proper estimation of the present business conditions. The organizing should accompanyhiring and selection of the best and most suitable candidate at job. The leading process should includepresence of charismatic and effective leadership. This could help in directing the employees towardsachievement of various organization goals and objectives. Finally, the controlling process willsafeguard the whole business operations by keeping control over basic business operation and "
