This way themanagers at Apple are more motivated and committed than in any other organisation.Negative impact:A case of the two international companies can be discussed to understand the negative impact. FordAutomobiles launched its EcoSport car in January 2014 in Asia and at the same time HondaAutomobiles launched its Amaze car. Both the companies applied efficient and effective marketingtechnique to promote their new product and its sales thereof. At the initial stage both the cars wereamong the top priority of the car market. Later the marketing campaign of Honda of displaying its caras fuel efficient as much as 25.44 km per liters on diesel version changed the market environment.However the Ford Automobiles vehicles are although known for high quality output but they lackserious mileage per liters. The mileage per liters became an attractive factor that is given dueimportance in the populated Asian countries where the cost of fuel is really. Moreover theenvironment loving people loves to save fuel and effect the environment at lowest possible. Thereforeeven after having a higher design and attractive of a mini SUV or Sports Utility Vehicle, Ford Successful Management Companies: A case study. YEARAutomobile model of Ecosport faced a serious setback in sales. Thus the customers started preferringthe Honda car for its fuel efficiency. This way the media facts took over the market sales and resultedin effecting the sales of the Ford Automobiles which started facing decline. On the other hand, HondaAutomobiles got a sales boost due to these cost effective mileage boost that was displayed on media(Cardekho.com, 2014).(244) The teacher should use a international company and explain in 250 words the weakens caused that particularcompany why lost sale or the made bad profit refereeing to media facts rather than the company itself . TConclusion:In conclusion, efficiency and effective management make a company successful. Every organizationhas positive or negative impact on society. Thus now we understand that why some managers arerecognized as good at what they do and others as not so good. Also the managers differ in many waysand thinking. These different factors lead to build successful company. The role of management andthe process of management is the core of successful but in modern and creativity. In addition we cannow identify the various skills that managers need to develop to draw things together. This has beenclarified in evaluating Apple and Tesco management case. It is recommended that if you plan to be amanager you should improve your skills through reading, taking training courses and attendworkshop and practice to be professional manager. It is predicted that general future will be inbusiness and each part of life need to manage social, economic, health, political, and educational sectsof life.
