"1. IntroductionDigitization has brought a drastic change in various business and has also contributed to theeconomy of the country. There are various organizations that implement digitization, In India, asimilar firm is Digitoze, which is considered for evaluation of its system in this report. It is a digitalmarketing firm, which offers services like mobile applications, conducts campaigns and webdevelopment to its customers, irrespective of fields. The company has gain experience in relationshipwith customers, and has premium partnership with the well-known firms like Times, Apollo, iMage,UK based company called Super Escapes, and various other local as well as international companiesare also involved. It offers e-commerce solutions, which gives easy interaction with the customers.They are known for their commandable solutions in the maintenance of websites. The company hastaken quite good efforts to cater customer satisfaction and enhance its brand name. But, there arecertain areas where it lacks proficiency and guidance, which is affecting its overall efforts ofprocessing. The objective is to evaluate the system design of Digitoze. The proposed solution will beprovided to improve the communication with their customers. The As-Is process will be designed,based on which the To-Be process will be proposed. In To-Be process, effective features or elementswill be added to enhance the workflow of the company. The “AS IS” and “TO BE” processes will becompared to see the change and effect on the company's operations. The Entity Relationship Diagramwill be illustrated along with data normalization. The set of individual who require training forimplementing the changed system will be discussed briefly. Next the types of testing used to beperformed will be studied.For Digitoze, a plan for system changeover will be developed. Finally areport will be written to address the proposed solutions to the top management.2.
