It is a serious problem which young people are facingtoday. In this article we will speak about the victims of the sexual or any other kind ofharassment. Today many people have started talking about it openly but there are few who keepthemselves behind the door. It has become seriously pervasive all over the years. The universitiesmust take some steps to wash these criminal activities. Sexual harassment is illegal all over theIndia. People are now much aware of these kinds of illegal activities. Women’s are comingtogether forward for government to take serious action.2 HARASSEMENT VICTIMS DESERVE BETTERSUMMARISING THE EXPERIMENT Now a days universities and many schools giving guidelines to the women’s for how tounderstand the harassment and its reasons in the workplace. Many women get harassed by theircolleague. The first reason for the sexual harassment is that women’s are not in regard ofsexuality or being over friendly in the workplace whereas boys always welcome this kind ofbehavior which causes harassment (grays, 1992). Women are now take stand for them and lodgecase in police station for the harassment. They do not tolerate such kind of activities. People whoface harassment must deserve something better. Society should take care of such people to makethem confident and to take stand for them. Touching a women, talking through eyes, unwantedtouch, starring continuously are the examples of harassment. In a recent research it is found thata female researcher has been sexually harassed by her colleague at workplace. The authoritiesinvestigated the matter and lodge a complaint against that person. But the person who getharassed don’t want come forward openly and want to stay this matter for not wanting his nameto be jump around the workplace. Just for the sake of what society will say many girls put theirmatter off and the boys are roaming openly. These types of cases worsen the situation.A lateststudy says that astrophysicist Christian of the California institute has been suspended from thejob without the pay. The institute finds the astrophysicist harassing two students. The teacher hasbeen punished by the authorities (nature, 2016).WHY HARASSMENT IS UNETHICALSexual harassment is the serious problem which spread all over the society. It is a form of sexdiscrimination (Karen, 1995). Sexual harassment is unethical and illegal in nature because of theunwanted touch, starring. Unethical practical make us blind todifference between what is right or wrong (Karen, 1995). Companies must come forward tomaintain the women’s staff respect.
