  • "Control Program staff has primary responsibility for spreading the outcomes to the requiredaudiences in a timely interval.Mobilization of the whole community as well as the advocacy plays a great role in this model ofMobilizing Action towards Community Health. As seen in the Hampshire Cancer Control Planfor instance this model is inclusive of several transitions in the social system for instance anincrease on the taxes applicable on smoking as well as liquor consumption (Wiggins Holden &Holden, 2016). In case of breast cancer the planning model ensures that mammography servicesare affordable to even the low income groups of the society and women who do not come underinsurance coverage as well(Wiggins Holden & Holden, 2016). As the program further mentions,“Or, the change could be program eligibility requirements to allow for more people in thecommunity to be served through the breast cancer early detection screening program. Overall, the socio-ecological model provides a framework for examining the focus of the activities todetermine their broadness and comprehensiveness in addressing cancer health disparities.”(Wiggins Holden & Holden, 2016)Conclusion on selection:The Logic models are not my selection owing to the back drops and insufficient nature of thesame. First and foremost Logic models aim at clarifying the sole concept of the program but doin no way prove their validity in practical situations. Secondly they are prolonged in nature andneed a long phase to get completed. The scope of performance of the logic model is quite limitedwithout the help of gathered information. These logic models often give rise to mania among thepatients of Cancer as their levels of accuracy are too minimal. The scopes of improvementalways stay the most common points of curiosity for a community that is concerned about the health of the residents. The logic Model hardly caters to this inquisitiveness of the masses as ithardly provides evidences of improvement. On the other hand the model based on Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health (MATCH)cumulatively creates a logic model and provides a guiding force towards the direction of ourwork, giving us an estimation as to where exactly do we stand in the world ranking owing to thesurvival rates of Cancer patients. This model at the same times invigilates the collaborations andother organizational models that can altogether lead to a better scope of treatment and survivalrates through cancer. This particular model also indulges in the development of more innovativeincentive models that can reward the communities for their better performances at attendingcancer patients helping them survive and reflect this through a developed Public Health system atthe end of certain tenure. Thus the Mobilizing Action toward Community Health (MATCH) isdefinitely the model I would want to proceed with in order to make my initiative againstCarcinoma a success.References(2016).
