  • "Chapter 5Discussion and Conclusion5.1 DiscussionThe working capital management is one of the most important financial decisions of a company.Effective working capital level must be present for the proper functioning of the company whateverthe nature of the business. In this study, it is concluded that maintain effective working capital level isvery important for the textile industry and all other industries. Working capital management todetermine the impact on the profitability of the textile industry secondary data of these companies isused. In high school, there are two data sources for data collection was based on the company’swebsite and annual reports. The data are drawn from the textile industry of corporate balance sheets.A random sample of 10 companies was selected with three (3) years of seniority for textile enterprisesin Pakistan. Companies with missing data were eliminated from the study. For this study, 10 differentcompanies operating analysis, net profit margin (NPM) average payment period (APP) Averagecollection period (ACP) and the total turnover of total assets (TAT ). When the surveys werecompleted and returned the data were entered into EVIEWS for analysis. Several tests were performedon the data and significant results were present. We have the research method used is the quantitativeapproach to research. We have all the data are in the form of numbers and can be calculated andmeasured. I find that perceived organizational support its intention to sales fell. I found this alsoincreased perceived organizational support then job dissatisfaction and organizational change has alsoincreased. The results and data were analyzed in depth within this reported. There are also severallimitations, and implications for the future of the search for the end of the study of this. We positivistresearch paradigm is used. Positivism is a philosophy of science based on the idea that in the socialand natural sciences, information from the sensory experience, treatment and reporting of these dataand mathematical logic are together all the exclusive source of knowledge faith. There are four variables used to measure the impact of working capital in the number of observationsof the profitability of each variable is 30. In the table of descriptive statistics of mean values andstandard deviation values of all 4 variables were represented. We note the previous result to assess theaverage response rate or defendant Then we come to know the average of different variables such asdebtor days (mean: 42.76), average payment (average: 29.50) Net total assets Affairs (average: 2.37)and margin (average: 5.73) earnings. The standard deviation gives the idea of the spread of STIsvariable the values of the mean value. DSO (SD: 29.617), average payment (SD: 20.055) Total assets31 (SD: 691) and net profit margin (DE: 8.212) .The variable is the total value of the asset rotationstandard deviation (SD: 691), which is the lowest compared to another value of variable values.Average collection period the standard deviation value (SD: 29617) which is quite high compared toother variables. The relationship between the management of working capital and the profitability can be examinedusing many variables and covering many dimensions. In this study, an attempt was made to cover thelargest possible number of important dimensions. However, to cover all dimensions and to include allvariables is just not possible. Therefore, estimates of the results of the study should bear in mind thatevaluated Perhaps many other variables and the aforementioned variables that can explain themanagement of capital and profitability of balance work and study is only limited to selected effect onthe measurement of the effectiveness of the management of working capital variables. Anotherlimitation of the proposed study is that it uses data from only three years, because of the limitation ofthe unavailability of data. This study has implications only for the textile industry. This study can beexpanded in terms of empirical model that other variables may also be included in the model used inthis study. These other variables may be cash conversion cycle, current assets, return on equity andgross profit, etc., as esta study can be expanded in terms of number of years as well.5.2 ConclusionOur results suggest that managers can create the value of inventory reduction and the number of daysin the collection period during which its account is overdue. Similarly period of days Increase estacash point also improves the profitability of the book is structured as follows: in section 2 of thetheoretical basis of the study are presented; Article 3 of the sample and the variables used aredescribed; Section 4 describes the methodology used, and section 5 tests conducted and the results arepresented; Finally, the main conclusions are spoken. Various analyzes have identified criticalmanagement practices and should help managers identify areas where you can improve the financialperformance of companies. The findings have owner managers provided with information on basicfinancial management practices used by their colleagues and peers attitudes towards these practices.Working capital needs of an organization change over time as its internal cash generation. This study showed that mills were able to achieve high scores on various components of workingcapital and the impact on the profitability esta STIs. Further research esta concludes that there is apressing need for more empirical studies to be carried in the spinning sector. Its working methods inprivate equity by expanding the size of the sample so that a rational industry analysis can help identifythe factors that affect the performance of some companies and how these best practices could also beextended to other sectors. This would also help policy-makers and educators to identify problems and32 businesses face the specific needs of the cement industry. Most Pakistani factories have large amountsof money invested in working capital cash. It is therefore hoped that the working capital line wasreached which will have a significant impact on the profitability of these companies. Have we found asignificant relationship between profitability and net working capital, average collection period, andthe total assets in a working sample of Pakistani factories listed in Lahore Stock Exchange Theseresults suggest that managers can increase their value to shareholders reducing the number of days inaccounts receivable and inventories to a reasonable minimum.5.3 Recommendation for ResearchersThere is an area for researchers to consider more companies to test the model As this study what theydid in the entire group of companies operating in the textile industry. The impact of governmentpolicies could also have an impact on sales and profitability of the companies in question so referredis the study have potential for replication in future STIs in different environments Certain policiesafter the announcement industry support. This study has implications for future researchers in the fieldof economics and management to carry out investigations in other sectors such as cement, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other agricultural production units based.5.4 Future researchTextiles are selected for this study also additional research can be done for other sectors as well: thatthe cement industry, telecommunications industry, etc. Research is also available in the financialindustry who unexplored regarding the management of working capital. I hope to do more research onthe following industries. In this research there are four variables net profit margin, average collectionperiod, average payment term and the total turnover of the assets of hope in the future worked onseveral variables with extensive data in this study was only three years of data made by the company.5.5 ethical considerationsEthics are the standards of behavior to interact with others taken during the investigation in a mannerthat; I use language that expresses respect for the dignity of others.
