Contractor:The person who accepted the employer's sponsorship, including their representatives, the persons authorizedto represent them or replace them with the agreement of the employer.? Project:The works which are to be performed in full details and documents under the contract.? Contract: The agreement signed between the employer and the contractor specifying the rights, obligations and duties ofboth parties.? Duration of contract:The period specified in the contract for the execution of the works of the project.? Engineer Supervisor: He is the engineer who is responsible for the engineering supervision within the limits of the authoritiesassigned in him through the supervisory body.? Quantity surveyor:He is the person who is calculating the cost and all quantities executed in the project.? Assistant Engineer:Technical, which monitors the work or part of it in detail in different disciplines (civil, architectural, electrical,mechanical ...etc)? Surveyor:Assistant Engineer who conducts the survey works in detail.? Plans: Design drawings of the project by the competent authority. 3.2 Visit the site: After the acceptance phase or materials according to the specifications, drawings and contract conditions. There was asite visit to view the land required for the implementation of the project. This visit is important to see if it had trees orrocks to remove and clean. It is also necessary to mark the project, as well as examining the soil type andmeasurements of the ground layers. 3.3 Safety precautions at the site:The Contractor shall take all precautions and preventive measures of the crisis for safety during implementation, forexample:1 - Care to clean the site constantly.2 - Secure the project with equipment that meets the requirements of safety.3 - Provide hats, glasses, shoes and other elements depending on the nature of work to maintain safety.4 - Preservation of the safety of adjacent to the project.5 - Preserving crops and people in the work area or surrounding areas.3.4 Steps to supervise the implementation of the project? Basic steps: - Settlement work and network balance:1. Verification of removal of waste and obstructions from the site.2- Reviewing the zero level of the site in relation to the bench mark.3. Review the network balanceof the site.- Planning work:1- Review the project points on the nature land to identify the different parts of the project. "
