From the beginning itself the company has been very aggressive towardsits marketing and has out in lot of efforts to build up as well as increase its customers both indomestic and in international market. It holds a very good quality control unit and thus eachand every sample is been tested on different parameters with all the possible chemicalcompositions, pH value, effectiveness etc. Only after the products goes through these tests itgets ready for the clients. It is good at its every step but along with these they should notforget their employees as it is the employees whose hard work, loyalty and devotion towardstheir work make everything possible. Therefore, it becomes very important for the companyto motivate their employees with different financial announcements. Again, it is equallyimportant to understand all the criteria by the employees to claim for the incentives.In the first section of my report, research proposals position is located. Thereafter, theresearch rational is sketched along with the theoretical framework.
