Ethical IssuesAny reform has to go through many hurdles to show its positive impact. Moreover the reformshould be considering the correct ethical and social practices defined in the code of ethics.The current research shall be beneficial for revolutionizing the existing examination procedures,teaching methodologies and overall educational system.There are a lot of irregularities that an institution of higher studies faces which in the long runeffect the trustworthinessof the evaluation process that is in place and thus impacting the overall 24 Evaluation of education systemresult. Among the irregularities issues that are plaguing an institution some of the most generalirregularities come from the people that are a part of the institution itself. They can the studentsthat are studying there; the faculties that are teaching there and even sometimes the non-teachingstaffs are also involved. These irregularities can range from cheating that is done by the studentsin the examination, the of mobile devices and the calculators that are advanced programmed,plagiarism, behaving poorly during the conduction of the evaluation, the leaking of theevaluation paper either by the faculty or the non-teaching staff and there are many other issues aswell. 25 Evaluation of education system5.
