As the company started it business solong it has till date a good as well as experienced team of managers, staff and managers. Theyare very capable and manage the business very well. But along with all these efficiency theyare missing one point which can bring a huge difference in their turnover. Time to timeemployees are been recruited and are then well trained before they start their job. If withthese effort they put in effort in motivating them financially the employees would alwaysremain charge and would do the work will their full efficiency.In Laxmi Agro Industrial all the major decisions are taken by the group of directors. Thereare about eight directors who hold the position to put their decision. With the majority of thedirectors opinions all the decisions are been taken. Only some of the routine decisions aretaken by the managers such as the finished good materials and its transportation, payment aswell as taxes of the duties etc. In the initial years of the industry, the company had to facesome issues such as increment, payment bonuses etc which were solved with lot of difficulty. Laxmi Agro Industries in order to prepare its product require lots of chemicals that can behazardous. Thus, the industry makes sure that they are very careful and do not involvethemselves in any kind of harmful activities that could harm our environment. It is the duty ofeach and every human being to protect our nature as well as environment from any of thehazardous chemicals. Thus, Laxmi Agro Industrial never indulges them in any activity thatcould disturb the ecological balance. Apart from the environmental issues, Laxmi AgroIndustrial is also against child labour. They do not encourage child labour in any form.Conclusion:Detergents are now accepted as better substitutes than the washing soaps now. As the livingstandards have increased along with the hygienic sense the market growth of detergents haveincreased by about eighteen to twenty percent. Therefore, it’s very simple that as the growthincreases the industry should be ready for the supply demand along the best quality. To meetwith the consistent supply of the world class LABSA 90% as well as Spent Sulphuric Acidthe company ensures to use the standard raw materials in a good ratio. Laxmi Agro Industrialgroup derives the raw material from the authentic sources and this has been followed sinceinception. The quality control unit of the company is very well facilitated and beforedispatching any sample they ensures to check them on various parameters. In order to ensure both of the qualities it is not only essential to increase the man power but along with this theindustry should also look forward that their employees enjoy and love their work as well asgive their best. Therefore, according to the research most of the employee said they would bevery happy and would love to work with more efficiency if they were rewarded for their workfinancially. My choice of sampling method is to distribute questionnaire as well as ask the questionsdirectly. Here I have asked questions to the owner of the company. Questions asked:1. What is your designation?Answer – Owner of the company2. What role do you have in the company?Answer – Financing as well as looking after if the company is working properly andis making profit.3. What do want to say regarding the profitability of the company?Answer – The profit that the company should make is failing to make. 4. What according to you is reason for not attaining good profits in the last few years?a- The equipments issue – Nob- Salary issue – Can matter to a pointc- Motivation issue – Might be to an extent.d- Atmosphere of the office – In my point the atmosphere of the office is very niceso I don’t think there can be any issue regarding the atmosphere. e- Relation between the employer and the employees is just like employer andemployee or friendly – It’s just like an employer and employee. "
