But you experience different emotions from different parts of your personality come and go. But occasionally, the part of your personality are activated is anger. At other times, the part that is jealousy get activated, and at still other times, the part that is gladness are activated. When you are not aware of these parts, they control you, and you think, "This is just the way I am." But when you are aware of these different parts, you can select not to entertain these  painful and destructive act, and instead  prefer to act on those that are healthy and constructive ideas to move on in life. For example, when you are angry pick to act with patience. This is not easy to do, but how easy is it to live a life of isolation and loneliness caused by your anger?

2. "I am unlucky."

Say to yourself, "Things occur in my life that do not serve me.’’ If you were able to tell the truth, you would suggest every time something that you do not want to entertain .All that happens in my life happens for a reason that will help me in spiritual development." Nothing in life is random. This experiences give me the opportunity to choose differently than I did before, to choose something new instead of restructuring what I have created in the past with my choices. You cannot say there is "luck" involved in your life. That is only ere is only, and always, the compassion and wisdom of the Universe.
